Michigan High School Basketball - South Christian bests Byron Center
December 30, 2024: Byron Center, MI 49315 The South Christian Sailors basketball team scored 33 points and limited the host Byron Center Bulldogs to 19 in the Sailors non-league triumph on Monday.
The Sailors now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wyoming for a Ottawa-Kent - Gold game on Friday, January 3. South Christian will confront a Wolves team coming off a 58-24 non-league win over Potter's House Christian (Wyoming, MI). The Wolves record now stands at 6-0.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Mona Shores Sailors (Norton Shores, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Green contest, on Friday, January 3. Byron Center will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Sailors go into the contest with a 5-2 record after their 40-35 league win over Zeeland West (Zeeland, MI).
