Washington High School Basketball - Northwest Christian School routs Cheney
December 30, 2024: Cheney, WA 99004 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Northwest Christian School Crusaders basketball team scored a big 58-33 win over the Cheney Blackhawks.
The Crusaders (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna (Ritzville, WA). The Broncos come into the 2B Bi-County contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna smashed Almira-Coulee-Hartline (Coulee City, WA), 65-24, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Blackhawks battle the Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest, on Thursday, January 2. Cheney will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Panthers come into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 59-56 non-league loss to Chiawana (Pasco, WA).
