South Dakota High School Basketball - Hamlin holds off Ethan
December 30, 2024: Ethan, SD 57334 The Hamlin Chargers basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Ethan Rustlers to 46 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Chargers now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Castlewood for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Hamlin will confront a Warriors team coming off a 44-38 league win over Arlington (Arlington, SD). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Ethan falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Rustlers travel to Scotland/Menno (Menno, SD) to confront the Trappers in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Trappers go into the game with a record of 2-2. Scotland/Menno lost 38-30 in their recent league game against Hanson (Alexandria, SD)
