December 30, 2024: Sanger, TX 76266 Sanger Indians (Sanger, TX) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Liberty Christian Warriors (Argyle, TX), 45-32 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Sanger advances its record to 18-6 on the year. The Indians host Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX) to face the Falcons in a 4A Region II District 9 match on Friday, January 3. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 12-9. Lake Dallas won 35-34 in their recent non-league match against Grapevine (Grapevine, TX)
The Warriors now own a 6-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dallas HSAA for a non-league match on Friday, January 3. Liberty Christian will face a Angels squad coming off a 60-49 non-league loss to Greenhill (Addison, TX). The Angels record now stands at 14-3.
