December 30, 2024: Stone Mountain, GA 30087 The Southwest DeKalb Panthers basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Stephenson Jaguars to 34 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Miller Grove for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 31. Southwest DeKalb will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 58-55 non-league loss to Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Stephenson falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Columbia (Decatur, GA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 31. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-4. Columbia lost 40-33 in their recent non-league game against Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA)
