California High School Basketball - San Dieguito Academy knocks off Kearny
December 30, 2024: San Diego, CA 92111 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting San Dieguito Academy Mustangs basketball team scored a good 54-40 win over the Kearny Komets.
The Mustangs (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA). The Sundevils come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Mt. Carmel was topped by Madison (San Diego, CA), 73-46, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Komets battle the Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Kearny will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Monarchs come into the contest with a 2-11 record after their 60-50 non-league loss to Grossmont (El Cajon, CA).
