Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Reno Huskies (Reno, NV), 42-39 in a non-league contest.

The Falcons (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against San Leandro (San Leandro, CA). The Pirates go into the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, San Leandro nipped Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA), 55-52, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Huskies confront the Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 2. Reno will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Miners go into the contest with a 11-1 record after their 57-56 non-league win over Lincoln (Stockton, CA).
