December 30, 2025: Lakewood, CA 90713 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA) soccer squad nipped the visiting Compton Tarbabes (Compton, CA), by a margin of 2-1.
The Monsoons now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Artesia for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 3. Mayfair will encounter a Pioneers squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Savanna (Anaheim, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-8.
The Tarbabes (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA). The Bruins enter the Moore contest with a 3-5 record.
