Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hillsborough Terriers (Tampa, FL) and the visiting Monsignor McClancy Crusaders (Queens, NY), saw Hillsborough's basketball squad hold off Monsignor McClancy by a tally of 61-58.

With the victory, Hillsborough improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Terriers travel to Riverview (Riverview, FL) to confront the Sharks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 3-9. Riverview lost 64-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Armwood (Seffner, FL)

Next up, the Crusaders confront the All Hallows Gaels (Bronx, NY) in a Catholic A challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Monsignor McClancy will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record.
