South Dakota High School Basketball - Parkston fells Roncalli
December 31, 2024: Parkston, SD 57366 The Parkston Trojans basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Roncalli Cavaliers to 42 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Winner for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. Parkston will confront a Warriors team coming off a 63-47 non-league loss to Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Roncalli falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Webster (Webster, SD) to confront the Bearcats in a A Region 1 game on Friday, January 3. The Bearcats go into the game with a record of 1-4. Webster lost 76-46 in their recent league game against Groton (Groton, SD)
