New Jersey High School Basketball - Northern Highlands thwarts Waldwick
December 31, 2024: Allendale, NJ 07401 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ) and the visiting Waldwick Warriors (Waldwick, NJ), observed Northern Highlands's basketball team knock off Waldwick by a score of 42-33.
The Highlanders (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Passaic County Tech was knocked off by Kearny (Kearny, NJ), 62-35, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Park Ridge Owls (Park Ridge, NJ) in a Bergen County challenge, on Friday, January 3. Waldwick will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 46-39 non-league win over Becton (East Rutherford, NJ).
