California High School Basketball - Jefferson triumphant over Gateway
December 31, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94115 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Jefferson Grizzlies (Daly City, CA) and the host Gateway Gators (San Francisco, CA), observed Jefferson's basketball team overwhelm Gateway by a score of 50-15.
The Grizzlies (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Harker (San Jose, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Harker was routed by Mountain View (Mountain View, CA), 47-31, in a non-league challenge.

Gateway will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 0-0 non-league Fremont (Oakland, CA).
