California High School Basketball - Arleta nips Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences
December 4, 2021: Granada Hills, CA 91344 Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA), 48-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Arleta upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Mustangs host Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA) to play the Dons in a East Valley bout on Monday, December 6. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Verdugo Hills won 60-39 in their recent non-league bout against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA)
Next up, the Vipers confront the Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 21. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
