Oregon High School Basketball - Dufur knocked off by Powder Valley
December 4, 2021: North Powder, OR 97867 The Powder Valley Badgers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Dufur Rangers to 40 in the Badgers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Badgers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cove for a 1A Old Oregon contest on Tuesday, January 4. Powder Valley will meet a Leopards team coming off a 49-45 non-league loss to Echo (Echo, OR). The Leopards record now stands at 0-1.
The Rangers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Horizon Christian (Hood River, OR). The enter the 1A Big Sky contest with a 1-1 record.
