Washington High School Basketball - Highland holds off Tri-Cities Prep
December 4, 2021: Cowiche, WA 98923 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Highland Scots (Cowiche, WA) and the visiting Tri-Cities Prep Jaguars (Pasco, WA), saw Highland's basketball squad hold off Tri-Cities Prep by a tally of 40-39.
With the victory, Highland improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Scots travel to Naches Valley (Naches, WA) to confront the Rangers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 7. The Rangers come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Naches Valley won 66-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Cascade (Leavenworth, WA)
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Mabton Vikings (Mabton, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 10. Tri-Cities Prep will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 66-13 non-league win over Dayton/Waitsburg (Waitsburg, WA).
