December 4, 2023: Dublin, OH 43016 The Dublin Scioto Irish basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Watkins Memorial Warriors to 54 in the Irish non-league triumph on Monday.
The Irish now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westerville South for a Ohio Capital - Capital contest on Friday, December 8. Dublin Scioto will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 54-49 non-league win over Dublin Coffman (Dublin, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against KIPP Columbus (Columbus, OH). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, KIPP Columbus was nudged by Horizon Science Academy (Columbus, OH), 68-55, in a league contest.
