The Penns Manor Comets basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Ferndale Yellow Jackets to 49 in the Comets non-league triumph on Monday.

The Comets now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conemaugh Township for a Heritage contest on Wednesday, December 6. Penns Manor will meet a Indians team coming off a 71-41 non-league win over Cambria Heights (Patton, PA). The Indians record now stands at 1-1.

The Yellow Jackets (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA). The Blue Jays enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record.
