The South Lafourche Tarpons basketball team (Galliano, LA), was overwhelmed 66-21 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Jesuit Blue Jays (New Orleans, LA)

The Blue Jays now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Paul's for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 7. Jesuit will confront a Wolves team coming off a 80-47 non-league win over Loranger (Loranger, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 6-2.

The Tarpons (1-5) will now prepare for their battle against Thibodaux (Thibodaux, LA). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Thibodaux was overwhelmed by Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA), 56-42, in a non-league battle.
