Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Laurel Highlands crushes Brownsville
December 4, 2023: Brownsville, PA 15417 Laurel Highlands Mustangs (Uniontown, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Brownsville Falcons (Brownsville, PA), 57-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Laurel Highlands upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Preston (Kingwood, WV) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Preston won 43-16 in their recent non-league bout against Ballou (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Falcons play the Frazier Commodores (Perryopolis, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Brownsville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Commodores go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 72-32 non-league win over Sto-Rox (McKees Rocks, PA).
