The Cougars now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marshall for a 2A Region 2 battle on Tuesday, December 5. Izard County will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 75-45 league loss to Quitman (Quitman, AR). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-5.
The Cavemen (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Salem (Salem, AR). The Greyhounds go into the 3A Region 2 test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Salem notched a victory over Westside (Jonesboro, AR), 54-42, in a non-league test.
