The Independence/Gilmanton Indees basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting New Auburn Trojans to 36 in the Indees non-league triumph on Monday.

The Indees now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran for a Dairyland - Small contest on Thursday, December 7. Independence/Gilmanton will battle a Lancers team coming off a 40-18 non-league win over Elmwood/Plum City (Elmwood, WI). The Lancers record now stands at 5-1.

The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Minong, WI). The Evergreens enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Northwood ran past Bruce (Bruce, WI), 47-19, in a non-league contest.
