Washington High School Basketball - Southridge can't hold off Selah
December 4, 2023: Selah, WA 98942 The Selah Vikings basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Southridge Suns to 62 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.
The Vikings now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Valley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Selah will battle a Rams team coming off a 53-29 non-league loss to Kamiakin (Kennewick, WA). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
The Suns (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chiawana (Pasco, WA). The Riverhawks enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Chiawana nudged Davis (Yakima, WA), 81-38, in a non-league contest.
