In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host San Marcos Knights basketball team scored a big 69-34 triumph over the Helix Highlanders.

The Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Olympian (Chula Vista, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Olympian smashed Australian Horizons (Horizon, Australian) (, NC), 79-62, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Highlanders confront the Bishop's Knights (La Jolla, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Helix will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record.
