The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Malibu Sharks (Malibu, CA) and the visiting Pilgrim Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), observed Malibu's basketball team edge Pilgrim by a score of 78-72.

The Sharks (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA). The Raiders come into the Citrus Coast challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Channel Islands edged Villanova Prep (Ojai, CA), 62-20, in a non-league challenge.
