The Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA), 48-38 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Columbia for a non-league bout on Friday, December 6. Currituck County will play a Wildcats team coming off a 40-26 non-league win over Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech (Elizabeth City, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Hickory falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA) to play the Dolphins in a non-league bout on Friday, December 6.
