The Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC) basketball edged the visiting Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC), 65-59 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Redhawks now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Lee Park Prep for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10. Monroe will play a Knights team coming off a 60-14 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Knights record now stands at 7-0.
