Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Salem knocks off Lake Orion
December 4, 2024: Canton, MI 48187 The Salem Rocks ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the visiting Lake Orion Dragons to 0 in the Rocks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Rocks now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canton for a Kensington Lakes - South bout on Saturday, December 7. Salem will encounter a Cobras team coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Howell (Howell, MI). The Cobras record now stands at 0-6.
With the defeat, Lake Orion moves to 2-3 on the season. The Dragons travel to Adams (Rochester, MI) to encounter the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Friday, December 6. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Adams 3-3 in their recent non-league bout against Stoney Creek (Rochester Hills, MI)
