In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting C.H. Friend Red Jackets basketball team scored a good 71-53 triumph over the Bethesda Christian Academy Crusaders.

The Red Jackets (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Bulldogs go into the VISAA Division IV contest with a 4-2 record.

In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Heritage Leadership Academy Fletchers (Apex, NC) in a Freelance match, on Friday, December 5. Bethesda Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Fletchers enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 59-50 league win over Durham Charter (Durham, NC).
