December 4, 2025: Dunkerton, IA 50626 The Dunkerton Raiders basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Springville Orioles to 45 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Raiders now have a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Rockford for a non-league game on Friday, December 5. Dunkerton will confront a Warriors team coming off a 78-14 league loss to Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Springville falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Orioles host Starmont (Arlington, IA) to clash with the Stars in a Tri-Rivers outing on Friday, December 5. The Stars enter the outing with a record of 1-1. Starmont lost 67-37 in their recent league outing against Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA)
