California High School Basketball - Mt. Carmel crushes El Capitan

The Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA) basketball crushed the host El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA), 75-47 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Sundevils now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Helix for a non-league bout on Friday, December 5. Mt. Carmel will play a Highlanders team coming off a 60-47 non-league win over Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, El Capitan moves to 2-2 on the season. The Vaqueros host Poway (Poway, CA) to encounter the Titans in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 9. The Titans come into the test with a record of 4-2. Poway won 73-33 in their recent non-league test against Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA)
