Texas High School Basketball - Groom can't hold off San Jacinto Christian Academy
December 4, 2025: Groom, TX 79039 San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots (Amarillo, TX) backers went home thrilled Thursday as they saw their basketball team tip the host Groom Tigers (Groom, TX), 52-46 in a non-league contest.
The Patriots (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Memphis (Memphis, TX). The Cyclones go into the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, Memphis nipped Fort Elliott (Briscoe, TX), 49-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Kress Kangaroos (Kress, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 5. Groom will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Kangaroos enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 55-41 non-league win over Loop (Loop, TX).
