California High School Basketball - Heritage nudges Tahquitz

December 4, 2025: Menifee, CA 92585

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Heritage Patriots (Menifee, CA) and the visiting Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA), observed Heritage's basketball squad hold off Tahquitz by a count of 52-46.

With the victory, Heritage advances its record to 5-1 on the year. The Patriots host West Valley (Hemet, CA) to encounter the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 5. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. West Valley lost 61-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Citrus Valley (Redlands, CA)

In their next game, the Titans encounter the Colton Yellowjackets (Colton, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 8. Tahquitz will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 75-64 league loss to Kaiser (Fontana, CA).
