The Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves basketball squad (Hillsborough, NC), was nudged 28-23 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Discovery Charter School Trailblazers (Bahama, NC)

With the victory, Discovery Charter School advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Trailblazers host Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC) to meet the Griffins in a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 10. The Griffins enter the battle with a record of 8-2. Oxford Prep won 44-22 in their recent non-league battle against River Mill (Graham, NC)
