The Crystal City Javelinas basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Nixon Mustangs to 37 in the Javelinas non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Javelinas now possess a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to United South for a non-league outing on Friday, December 5. Crystal City will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 73-29 non-league loss to Westlake (Austin, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 7-9.

The Mustangs (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Southwest (San Antonio, TX). The Dragons enter the non-league outing with a 10-6 record. In their last game, Southwest triumphed over Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX), 48-36, in a non-league game.
