With the win, Waconia moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Highland Park (St. Paul, MN) to confront the Scots in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 17. The Scots come into the challenge with a record of 6-3.
In their next game, the Scarlets battle the Litchfield Dragons (Litchfield, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 9. Mankato West will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
