California High School Basketball - Sonoma Valley can't hold off St. Helena
December 4, 2025: St. Helena, CA 94574 St. Helena Saints (St. Helena, CA) backers went home thrilled Thursday as they saw their basketball team tip the visiting Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA), 41-39 in a non-league contest.
The Saints (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Clear Lake (Lakeport, CA). The Cardinals go into the contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Clear Lake nipped South Fork (Miranda, CA), 57-27, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Dragons battle the San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Sonoma Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 75-45 non-league loss to Branson (Ross, CA).
