The Central Rebels basketball team scored 70 points and held the host Northwest Lions to 45 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Monday.

The Rebels now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Central will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 68-41 non-league loss to Charleston (Charleston, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.

The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mehlville (St. Louis, MO). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Mehlville was routed by Eureka (Eureka, MO), 36-25, in a non-league contest.
