Louisiana High School Basketball - Wossman tops Marksville
December 5, 2022: Monroe, LA 71202 Wossman Wildcats (Monroe, LA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Marksville Tigers (Marksville, LA), 65-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Wossman upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host West Monroe (West Monroe, LA) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 4-3. West Monroe lost 68-52 in their recent non-league bout against Richwood (Monroe, LA)
Next up, the Tigers play the Rapides Mustangs (Lecompte, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Marksville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 74-70 non-league win over Oakdale (Oakdale, LA).
