The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers (Buffalo, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Tapestry Thunderhawks (Buffalo, NY), 66-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, The Park School of Buffalo upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Lancaster (Lancaster, NY) to clash with the Legends in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Legends go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Thunderhawks clash with the Cardinal O'Hara Hawks (Tonawanda, NY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 9. Tapestry will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Hawks enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 57-49 non-league win over Global Concepts (Lackawanna, NY).
