California High School Basketball - Casa Roble can't hold off Las Plumas
December 5, 2022: Orangevale, CA 95662 The Las Plumas Thunderbirds basketball team scored 23 points and restricted the host Casa Roble Rams to 22 in the Thunderbirds non-league victory on Monday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pleasant Valley for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Las Plumas will battle a Vikings team coming off a 39-32 non-league loss to Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-2.
The Rams (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Amador (Sutter Creek, CA). The Buffaloes come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Amador was nudged by Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA), 55-41, in a non-league contest.
