Michigan High School Basketball - Frankfort fells Manistee
December 5, 2022: Manistee, MI 49660 Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Manistee Chippewas (Manistee, MI), 46-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Frankfort upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Panthers host Onekama (Onekama, MI) to clash with the Portagers in a Northwest bout on Thursday, December 8. The Portagers go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Onekama lost 50-32 in their recent league bout against Catholic Central (Manistee, MI)
Next up, the Chippewas clash with the Orchard View Cardinals (Muskegon, MI) in a Lakes 8 bout, on Thursday, December 8. Manistee will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 70-21 league loss to Montague (Montague, MI).
