December 5, 2022: St. Amant, LA 70774 The Lafayette Lions (Lafayette, LA) basketball felled the host St. Amant Gators (St. Amant, LA), 59-40 in Monday's non-league test.
The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their test against South Beauregard (Longville, LA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, South Beauregard thwarted Midland (Midland, LA), 59-41, in a non-league test.
The Gators now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Lafayette Christian Academy for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 7. St. Amant will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 49-24 non-league win over Brusly (Brusly, LA). The Knights record now stands at 7-1.
