Ohio High School Basketball - Marietta edges Tri-Valley
December 5, 2022: Dresden, OH 43821 The Marietta Tigers (Marietta, OH) basketball nipped the host Tri-Valley Scotties (Dresden, OH), 43-38 in Monday's non-league test.
The Tigers (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Parkersburg South got by Hurricane (Hurricane, WV), 56-52, in a non-league test.
The Scotties now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to River View for a Muskingum Valley test on Wednesday, December 7. Tri-Valley will encounter a Black Bears squad coming off a 63-17 league loss to Sheridan (Thornville, OH). The Black Bears record now stands at 2-4.
