North Carolina High School Basketball - Leesville Road nips Panther Creek
December 5, 2022: Cary, NC 27519 Leesville Road Pride (Raleigh, NC) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC), 29-28 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Leesville Road upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Pride travel to Cary (Cary, NC) to play the Imps in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Imps come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Cary won 23-15 in their recent non-league bout against Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC)
Next up, the Catamounts play the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 12. Panther Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 35-24 non-league loss to Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC).
