December 5, 2022: Phoenix, AZ 85029 Moon Valley Rockets (Phoenix, AZ) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Rockets confront the Peoria Panthers (Peoria, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 7. Moon Valley will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ).
The Marauders now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tempe for a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. Mingus will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ). The Buffaloes record now stands at 1-1.
