Texas High School Basketball - Bryson nips Archer City
December 5, 2023: Bryson, TX 76427 Bryson Cowboys (Bryson, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Archer City Wildcats (Archer City, TX), 47-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Bryson upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Cowboys host Forestburg (Forestburg, TX) to play the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Longhorns come into the bout with a record of 5-4. Forestburg lost 64-34 in their recent non-league bout against Windthorst (Windthorst, TX)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Clyde Bulldogs (Clyde, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Archer City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 57-36 non-league loss to Abilene (Abilene, TX).
