The Bridgeport Bulldogs basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Gering Bulldogs to 50 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hemingford for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Bridgeport will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 64-41 non-league loss to Hyannis (Hyannis, NE). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-1.

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Chadron (Chadron, NE). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
