December 5, 2023: DeRidder, LA 70634 Sulphur Golden Tors (Sulphur, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host DeRidder Dragons (DeRidder, LA), 37-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Sulphur upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Golden Tors host LaGrange (Lake Charles, LA) to clash with the Gators in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 0-9. LaGrange lost 70-45 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Bend Willowridge (Houston, TX)
Next up, the Dragons clash with the St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. DeRidder will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 41-31 non-league win over DeRidder (DeRidder, LA).
