The Mountain Pointe Pride basketball team (Phoenix, AZ), dropped 70-55 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ)

The Thunder now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Desert Edge for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 7. Desert Vista will battle a Scorpions team coming off a 65-42 non-league win over Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ). The Scorpions record now stands at 4-1.

The Pride (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Basha (Chandler, AZ). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Basha beat Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ), 84-35, in a non-league battle.
