The Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE) basketball knocked off the host Haxtun Fightin' Bulldogs (Haxtun, CO), 63-44 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Plainsmen (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Kimball (Kimball, NE). The Longhorns go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Kimball notched a victory over Garden County (Oshkosh, NE), 77-49, in a non-league test.

The Fightin' Bulldogs now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caliche for a 3A/2A Lower Platte contest on Saturday, December 9.
